Die Demo soll auch ein starkes Signal an den am selben Tag beginnenden UN Climate Summit in New York werden.
Denn wir weisen auf die völkerrechtliche Strafbarkeit der Nichterfüllung des Paris Abkommens bzw. des massiven Verstoßes gegen das Abkommen – insbesondere durch die Zerstörung des Amazonas-Regenwaldes als „Lunge der Welt“ – hin.
Und wir fordern die sofortige Anklageerhebung der hierfür verantwortlichen Regierungschefs und Konzernchefs durch den Internationalen Strafgerichtshof wegen Ökozid, Verbrechen gegen die Menschheit und globalem Völkermord.

MERCOSUR-Abkommen verursacht apokalyptische Brände im Regenwald

MERCOSUR als das mit Abstand aggressivste und klimaschädlichste Freihandelsabkommen der EU-Kommission soll nun plötzlich selbst die Wunderlösung sein, um Bolsonaro zur „Einhaltung des Klimaschutzes zu zwingen“.
Tatsächlich liegt der Schwerpunkt des Handelsdeals darin, dass europäische, überwiegend fossil angetriebene Autos, Maschinen und aggressive Agrochemikalien, von denen viele in Europa verboten sind, durch Zollsenkungen in großen Mengen insbesondere nach Brasilien geliefert werden sollen.
Und als „Gegenleistung“ dafür, dass Europa seinen Handel mit massiv klimaschädlichen Autos, Chemieprodukten und Maschinen erheblich steigern „darf“, sollen auch noch riesige Mengen klimaschädliches Rindfleisch aus Brasilien nach Europa exportiert werden.
Und es weiß inzwischen wirklich jedes Kind, dass durch die Planung der Steigerung der brasilianischen Rindfleischproduktion der brasilianische Regenwald noch weiter massiv abgeholzt oder abgebrannt wird, um illegal zusätzliche Weideflächen und zusätzliche Agrarflächen für genmanipuliertes und stark pestizid-„angereichertes“ Soja zu erzeugen.

Das Vorgehen der EU-Kommission kann deshalb nicht mehr mit Dummheit oder Ignoranz erklärt werden, das ist vorsätzliche, hochkriminelle und massivste Schädigung bzw. Zerstörung des brasilianischen Regenwaldes als Lunge der Welt und somit der Lebensgrundlagen der Menschheit. Das ist ein Verbrechen an der Menschheit und letztlich globaler Völkermord!
Und auch die hochkriminelle und geradezu irrwitzige Aggressivität Bolsonaros und der brasilianischen Agrarindustrie gegen den Regenwald und die indigene Bevölkerung ist also erst vor dem Hintergrund der massivst klimaschädlichen Handelsziele des seit geraumer Zeit verhandelten MERCOSUR-Abkommens zu verstehen.
Die EU-Kommission ist durch MERCOSUR aktiv mitschuldig an dem apokalyptischen Bränden des brasilianischen Regenwaldes!
Durch MERCOSUR hat die EU-Kommission zur Zerstörung des Regenwaldes angestiftet und Öl ins Feuer der brasilianischen Agrarindustrie gegossen.
Das MERCOSUR-Abkommen muss augenblicklich gestoppt werden!
Und Bolsonaro sowie die Mitglieder der EU-Kommission - insbesondere EU-Handelsministerin Cecilia Malmström - müssen wegen höchst krimineller Zerstörung des brasilianischen Regenwaldes als „Lunge der Welt“ und Lebensgrundlage der Menschheit umgehend inhaftiert und wegen Verbrechens gegen die Menschheit und wegen globalem Völkermord vor dem Internationalen Strafgerichtshof in Den Haag angeklagt werden.
Zur vorsätzlichen und andauernden Zerstörung des brasilianischen Regenwaldes und des damit eintretenden absoluten globalen Klimanotstandes ist der UN-Sicherheitsrat einzuberufen.

To the high judges and general prosecutors of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
You have the charge of crime of global genocide by Jair Bolsonaro by planning to destroy the brazilian rainforrest as „lungs of earth“ on your desk since 3rd of december 2018.
If you would have taken action since then, the absolute desastrous burning of the brazilian rainforrest – arranged and fueled by Jair Bolsonaro and the brazilian agro industry – could have been prevented!!!

Die Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen das EU-Singapur-Freihandelsabkommen
(EUSFTA) - (AZ: 2 BvR 966/19) - wurde vom Bundesverfassungsgericht zur
Stellungnahme bis zum 15. September 2019 an

- den Bundestag
- den Bundesrat
- das Bundeskanzleramt
- das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie
- das Bundesministerium des Inneren, für Bau und Heimat
- das Bundesministerium für Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz
- das Auswärtigen Amt
- alle Landesregierungen
übersandt.
Wegen der gerügten Verletzung von Art. 20a GG (Schutz der natürlichen Lebensgrundlagen und der Tiere) – durch Blockierung des Paris Abkommens – haben wir darüber hinaus ebenfalls die Einholung einer Stellungnahme des Bundesministeriums für Umwelt, Naturschutz und nukleare Sicherheit beantragt.

to Ms. Greta Thunberg, Prof. Maja Göpel, Prof. Johan Rockström, Prof. Christian Callies, Prof. Graeme Maxton, Prof. Volker Quaschning
and to all members of the IPCC, the Club of Rome, Science for Future and Fridays for Future.
This is an appeal to at once convene and constitute a
Planetary Council for Climate Emergency Action (PCCEA)
- As scientists all over the world during more than 50 years have urgently asked the governments to start intensive action against the climate catastrophy and the extinction of global mankind – but nearly in vain –
- as the central demanded and in the Paris Agreement even decided action is the rapid and comprehensive transformation of global economy to a new fossil free and sustainable green fair economy system
- as the governments not at all fulfill the Paris Agreement but even massively act against it without beeing accused of crime against humanity and global genocide by the International Criminal Court
- as Ms. Greta Thunberg, Fridays for Future and people all over the world more and more urgently demand immediate climate action, climate justice and change of the currant global suicidal economic system
- as more and more small, middle and cosmopolitan cities all over the world proclaim climate emergency
- as climate catastrophy now is at the brink to get out of any control
- as the anual COP conferences are not at all enough effective
it is absolutely high time to convene and constitute an international council of climate scientists and green economists, the
Planetary Council for Climate Emergency Action (PCCEA)
to start most effective global climate emergency action:
- The members of this Planetary Council should first of all be members of the IPCC and the Club of Rome.
- Ms. Greta Thunberg, who internationally proclaims to urgently follow the advices of the climate scientists and to change the currant global economic system to fight the climate catastrophe, should as well be member or even President of the Planetary Council.
- The Planetary Council could be situated for example at the PIK-Potsdam in Germany/Europe or another international climate research institute.
- The constitution of the Planetary Council could be officially approved and supported by the UN General Assemebly and by the UN Secretary General António Guterres.
- The Planetary Council then decides and internationally proclaims the rapid and comprehensive transformation of global economy to a new fossil free and sustainable green fair economy system according to the Paris Agreement.
- The Planetary Council may decide for a global financial bail out for huge investments for renewable energy on a global scale to very quickly stop international fossil energy production, trade and emmissions.
- The Planetary Council confronts every single government and specially the fossil, automotive, chemical, agricultural and air industry and their investors with their intended misdoing by acting against the Paris Agreement and ask the International Criminal Court to start investigations against them because of crime against humanity and global genocide.
- This way the (renewed) governments as well as (renewed) global industry and (renewed) investors will quite rapidly fulfill the comprehensive transformation of global economy to a new fossil free and sustainable green fair economy system according to the Paris Agreement.
- So the Planetary Council for Climate Emergency Action may very quickly push through the urgently needed change of the currant global economy system to a sustainable green fair economy system to stop climate catastrophe and stabilize the elementary basis for human life and biodiversity on earth.
Please contact the board of the IPCC and the Club of Rome, organize within next weeks the first constitutional meeting of the Planetary Council for Climate Emergency Action (PCCEA) and contact the UN General Assembly and the UN Secretary General, António Guterres, for substantial support and approval.
